Leading Private Equity firm is looking for an Interim Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact business change programme focused on acquisition processes.

You’ll work across investment professionals and multiple corporate functions (Legal, Tax, Insurance, AML) to map, analyse, and redesign end-to-end workflows


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead cross-functional workshops to capture business processes
  • Map as-is and to-be processes across teams
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to support delivery


Key Skills & Experience


  • Proven Senior BA / Business Change experience
  • Strong process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Have worked with investment/finance stakeholders ideally in Private E
  • Ability to convert business processes into clear requirements
  • Understanding and experience of the transaction space – private equity
