Senior People Advisor / People Manager

£45,000 - £50,000 6 month FTC Hybrid ASAP Westminster I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join their People team. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable HR professional with strong employee relations experience who enjoys working closely with managers and senior stakeholders to provide expert people advice. The role focuses heavily on employee relations and supporting managers to ensure people matters are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with UK employment legislation and organisational policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting managers across the organisation while helping to foster a positive and supportive working environment.
