Your new company You will join a large, well-established infrastructure services organisation based in Warwick. Your team will support critical finance operations as part of a wider shared-services function.
Your new role As the Finance Shared Services Manager, you will lead a small team overseeing end-to-end accounts receivable activity and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls across the shared-services environment. Your key responsibilities within this role will include managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring accurate, timely invoicing. You will oversee debtor management, ensuring invoices are paid on time and improving debt-collection documentation. You will produce receipt forecast reporting and analysis, driving continuous improvements. You will also review VAT treatments and ensure compliance whilst monitoring and reporting on unallocated cash. You will conduct credit checks and credit limit reviews and also oversee expenses management, including monitoring, reporting, and policy updates. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a shared-services finance team, so experience of this is essential.
