About the Role My client is seeking an experienced Interim Strategic Finance Manager to lead the creation of a Strategic Operational Baseline Forecast (SOBF) - a financial framework combining cost and revenue projections to determine the long-term operating model for a major UK high-speed rail service. This role will be central to assessing the impact of future service changes on the P&L, producing forecasts through to 2050, and establishing a robust financial baseline to support strategic proposals.
