• Developmechanicalbuilding services designs, including HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, and associated systems.
• Produce calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Support project delivery from concept through detailed design, tender, and construction phases.
• Coordinate with internal MEP disciplines and external architects, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Contribute to energy efficiency assessments and sustainable design strategies.
• Assist in the development of project schedules, cost estimates, and design documentation.
