Key Responsibilities:
·Deliver mechanical design across a range of building services projects
·Support projects through RIBA design stages from concept to detailed design
·Produce calculations, specifications and technical reports
·Work closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams
·Contribute to sustainable and low-carbon design strategies
·Attend site visits and support project delivery

What they're Looking For:

·2-5 years' experience within a building services / MEP consultancy
·Experience in mechanical design (HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation systems)
·Working knowledge of relevant UK building regulations and standards
·Familiarity with software such as Revit, IES or similar design tools
·Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
·Desire to progress and work towards chartership (CIBSE/IMechE)
