Role and Responsibilities

While the London office has a formidable reputation in the fast-paced data centre sector, this role is crucial for bolstering the team focused on significant new residential and commercial schemes.
As the new Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be based in the London office with a hybrid model requiring a minimum of two days in the office per week. Your primary focus will be on delivering key residential projects, taking on design responsibilities with initial guidance from the senior team. The goal is for you to quickly grow in autonomy, allowing you to stand on your own feet and become an integral part of the team's success, paving the way for a clear career path to a senior level.
Salary range
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 is on offer, with flexibility to push towards £50,000 for an exceptional candidate with the right blend of experience and ambition.

What you'll need
·A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related building services field. ·At least 2-3 years of experience in mechanical building services design. ·Proven project experience within the residential and/or commercial sectors. ·The ambition and drive to develop towards a Senior Engineer position. ·Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
