Over the past four years, projects under management have increased significantly with projects now comfortably ranging between £5-100m - typically heavy refurbishments or bespoke new build schemes working alongside top rated architects. Applicants wishing to apply must have a Quantity Surveying degree (RICS accredited & UK awarded) with a minimum of 2 years UK PQS / cost consultancy experience to date. Our client would ideally hire a Chartered professional but are very happy to consider those within latter APC stages. An emphasis placed on those with good pre-contract residential experience. Key personal criteria include being personable, articulate and presentable to manage clients accordingly. Applicants should have good, competent IT software skills.
