Intermediate Quantity Surveyor \n\nLiverpool - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus package\n\nAbout the Company\n We are working with a well-established construction and development business with a strong presence across the North West. They deliver high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects and are committed to fostering career growth and professional development within their teams.\n\nThe Role\n We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial control, and supporting the delivery of construction projects on time and within budget.\n\nAs an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:\n\nPreparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.\n\nMeasuring and valuing construction work, including variations and final accounts.\n\nManaging subcontractor and supplier contracts, procurement, and payments.\n\nSupporting senior QS and project teams with commercial reporting and cost analysis.\n\nMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction or commercial projects, be highly organised, and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
