We'reon the hunt for a talentedIntermediate Quantity Surveyorready to make their mark with a leading, independent construction consultancy. This isn't your standard QS role,you'll be at the heart ofcommercial decision-making, working on high-profile projects from£500k up to £12m. Acting as the vital link between junior QS staff and the senior team, you'll bring yourtechnical expertise, commercial savvy, and proactive guidanceto a portfolio that spans multiple sectors. About the Position

You'lljoin an expanding team of 22 staff across four offices, delivering projects across public and private sectors. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies

• Producing Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Work, and tender documentation

• Managing commercial aspects of contracts, including valuations and reporting

• Acting as Employer's Agent on selected projects

• Supporting delivery teams and mentoring junior QS staff
