Responsibilities Cost Management Provide cost management support across a range of residential, education, commercial, and rail sector projects, assisting in the delivery of accurate cost advice from feasibility stage through to project completion. Cost Planning & Estimating Assist in the preparation of detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates for new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects, ensuring cost advice aligns with client objectives and project requirements. Tendering & Procurement Support the preparation of tender documentation, undertake tender analysis, and assist in contractor appointment processes to ensure value-driven procurement outcomes. Contract Administration Assist with post-contract commercial activities including interim valuations, variation assessments, cost reporting, and final account agreement in accordance with relevant construction contracts. xehkeey Client & Stakeholder Coordination Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, design teams, and contractors to monitor project costs, provide regular commercial updates, and support the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors. Requirements Must have relevant degree level qualifications (i.e. Quantity Surveying) Must have 3+ years experience in a similar role preferably working for a Main Contractor Must be based within a commutable distance of Warrington Benefits £55,000 - £63,000 + Package
