The Role:
Lead cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects Prepare and manage cost estimates, tenders, and contracts Monitor and control costs to ensure value and profitability Manage risks related to cost and contracts Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements Provide financial reporting, cash flow, and reconciliations Deliver cost advice and value engineering recommendations Collaborate with project managers, design, and procurement teams
The Person:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor Skilled in cost management, tendering, and contracts Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
