We re offering 4 Manufacturing Placements for university students who want to make an impact in a live production environment. (For our Uxbridge Head Office role, the focus will be on central operations rather than on-site manufacturing.) Starting August 2026, you ll work alongside experienced engineers and operational teams, contributing to projects that drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety across our sites. What You ll Be Doing: During your Year In Industry, you ll be: Supporting manufacturing and production teams on live projects Analyse processes and identity improvement opportunities Assist with quality, safety or efficiency initiatives Collaborate with teams across the site Present your work at the end of the programme This is a hands-on role you ll be out on the shop floor, not just behind a desk. What we are looking for You ll be: Studying a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Science, or a related discipline. In your penultimate or final year of study. Curious about how things are made and passionate about operations. Comfortable in a fast-paced, practical environment. A strong communicator who thrives in a team setting.
