What you will be doing: * Managing and developing a portfolio of existing, lapsed, and potential customers * Providing a 'personal service' approach to key Gold customers * Selling core range products, Completing a customer Gap analysis from top-selling lines * Sourcing new customers within focused geographic areas * Re-engaging lapsed and lost customers to rebuild relationships and recover business * Reviewing order history and identifying lost lines, understanding reasons and proposing solutions * Promoting new product development (NPD), arranging samples and managing follow-ups, securing listings and gathering structured customer feedback on samples * Supporting clearance stock activity within agreed margin and volume guidelines * Conducting competitor research and producing a weekly market intelligence report * Recording all customer interactions, feedback, and insights accurately within the CRM system * Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve our customers problems.
