Internal Account Manager Northampton £40,000 with bonus up to £10k Full-time Permanent
We're looking for an Internal Account Manager with a solid background in B2B product sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with previous commercial sales experience and the ability to manage & develop their own portfolio of customers. You'll need to be a strong communicator who can build rapport, understand client needs, and identify opportunities to grow revenue within each account. The Role: As Internal Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service while identifying opportunities to grow revenue. Take a consultative approach to understanding customer requirements and ensure they receive the right products and solutions. Following up on leads, quotations and proposals, and sending product samples Winning and onboarding new customers. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
