Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Audit Professional to join our client's team. The role will involve assisting with the scoping, planning, and delivery of our Group-wide internal audit program. This professional will also support a major technology transformation, specifically the S/4HANA implementation, and drive continuous improvement in our controls agenda.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a core member of the team, you will be responsible for executing the full audit cycle and enhancing our assurance framework:\nAudit Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver internal audit reviews from start to finish in line with the annual audit programme and agreed budgets/timetables.\nTechnology & Transformation: Support the implementation and embedding of a new, fit-for-purpose Internal Audit technology software solution.\nAssurance & Compliance: Support ongoing controls testing requirements related to our S/4HANA implementation and ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements (e.g., UK Corporate Governance Code (Prov 29), ECCTA, etc.).\nFollow-Up & Reporting: Monitor and report on the timely and effective implementation of control solutions and audit recommendations across the Group through an effective follow-up programme.\nRisk & Controls Improvement: Assist with the development and monitoring of the annual Control Self-Assessment (CSA) process and help drive continual improvement in the Group's risk and controls agenda.\nDocumentation: Maintain a clear, detailed, and logical audit filing structure (electronic and hard copy) for all activities undertaken.Essential Qualifications & Experience:\n\nQualification: Qualified ACA (or equivalent) is mandatory.\nExperience: A minimum of 3-4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).\nProfessional Background: Must have experience working as an Assistant Manager or Manager within a Professional Service firm (Big 4/Top 10), or equivalent industry experience.\n Mandatory experience in conducting and delivering Internal Audits.Desirable Attributes:\n\nIIA accreditation (or equivalent).\nExperience in IT audits and project audits.\nExperience managing and/or auditing large and complex projects.\nFluency in other European .On applying you agree to receive finance specific content from our Randstad Finance & Accounting community ((url removed)> \n\nRandstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
