Internal Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance My client, a highly successful and well-known bridging lender , is looking to expand its team with an Internal Business Development Manager based in London . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong industry reputation. The Role: Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and intermediaries. Proactively cold-call brokerages and development businesses to generate new opportunities. Identify new business prospects and drive lending activity. Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth deal execution. Deliver excellent service and support to clients and partners. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years’ experience in bridging finance or commercial property lending. Experience in cold calling brokerages and property development businesses to drive new business. Proven track record in business development or relationship management.
