My Local Bobbyprovides community safety and security services across residential areas, retail spaces, and business districts. We focus on high visibility patrols and building strong relationships with the communities we work in, taking a more proactive and people-focused approach to security.

As we continue to grow,werelooking for an Internal Recruiter to join the team and take ownership of our hiring.Youllwork closely with managers across the business to attract and hire the right people, particularly within operational security roles.

This is ahands-onrole whereyoullbe involved in the full recruitment process, while also helping to improve how we hire and support the wider HR function.Youllplay an important part in shaping the candidate experience and supporting the next stage of the companys growth.

Youllplay a key role in shaping the candidate experience, improving recruitment processes, and supporting wider HR activities making a real impact on how the business grows and develops.

In this roleyoull:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment-related queries from hiring managers and internal teams

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, frominitialbriefing through to offer stage

  • Review and screen applications,identifyingsuitable candidates and progressing them through the process

  • Support hiring managers with interview preparation and coordination

  • Manage candidate communications, including deliveringtimelyand professional feedback

  • Monitor recruitment performance, pipelines, and hiring activity, providing regular updates

  • Identifyopportunities to improve and streamline recruitment processes

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages

  • Conduct Interviews

  • Support with general HR administration and tasks asrequired

WhatWereLooking For

  • Minimum 6 monthsexperience in recruitment, or within a similar role involving customer service.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities

  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer-based systems

  • A proactive and solutions focused mindset
