About the Role As an Internal Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across our organisation. Those positions vary from administrators to education consultants and managers. Working closely with hiring managers, you will help attract, assess, and secure high-quality candidates who are committed to supporting students and educational communities. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across teaching, support, and operational roles Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning Write and advertise engaging job postings across relevant job boards and platforms Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
