We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this fast-paced and varied role you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening a diverse pipeline of candidates to guiding hiring managers through best practice selection methods.

As a trusted partner to the business, you’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring every hire not only meets immediate needs but also supports our long-term growth. As part of the team, you’ll:

  • Source candidates utilising all attraction methods available, including engaging adverts, social media, referrals and networking
  • Create and regularly engage with talent pools of suitable and diverse candidates
  • Conduct role briefs with hiring managers to ensure strong understanding of role requirements, using this knowledge to select a strong shortlist for pre-screening
  • Support hiring managers to make informed decisions regarding selection methodology, such as interviews, testing and assessment centres
  • Negotiate offers, send relevant paperwork and ensure onboarding is completed

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

  • Proven recruitment experience, either internal or agency
  • Experience of recruitment at volume, ideally for sales talent
  • Organisation skills to manage the high volume of roles and candidates
  • Strong communication skills with a proficiency for managing tough conversations
  • Positive attitude and resiliency

Selection Process:

Our selection process is designed to help you showcase your skills and experience so we can thoroughly evaluate candidates.Once we receive your CV, our team will carefully review it to assess your suitability for the role. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a telephone interview with our in-house recruitment team, providing an opportunity to discuss your experience and skills in more detail and find out more about Exertis. Following this, you may be asked to complete online testing to evaluate key competencies relevant to the position. Successful candidates will then proceed to selection process, which may be conducted online or in person, with the hiring manager.
