Salary:£29,000 + Commission (OTE £35,000+) Full time equivalent. Part time pro rata.

Hours: We offer flexible part-time hours, working 3 days between Monday and Friday.

What you'll be doing:

• Speaking with customers to understand their training needs and providing accurate quotes
• Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business
• Managing training bookings and building strong customer relationships
• Upselling additional courses and identifying opportunities to add value
• Using our CRM system to track interactions

What you'll bring:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
