Job Summary We are hiring a high-performing Internal Sales Consultant / Inside Sales Executive to join a successful B2C sales team within a well-established, stable organisation. This role is ideal for a proven closer with experience in outbound sales , warm lead conversion , and target-driven environments .
You will work with warm and hot pre-qualified leads only , achieving conversion rates of 80%+ , with genuine high earnings available immediately .
?? Important: The £32,000 basic salary is fixed. This position requires confidence in outbound calling and a strong ability to close sales.
Key Responsibilities Manage and convert a consistent pipeline of warm inbound and outbound leads

Conduct outbound sales calls to pre-qualified prospects

Deliver accurate quotations and tailored commercial proposals

Handle objections and confidently close sales opportunities

Maintain full ownership of your sales pipeline and CRM updates

Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and conversion rates

Ensure all activity meets compliance, regulatory, and governance standards

Work collaboratively within a high-performance inside sales team

Candidate Requirements Proven experience in Internal Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B Sales

Strong outbound calling and closing skills

Background in a target-driven, commission-based sales role

Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset

Professional, credible, and resilient under pressure
