Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join the sales team. In this role, you will provide technical sales support, prepare quotations, and deliver tailored customer solutions, working closely with external sales teams, engineering, and operations to ensure our clients receive accurate and timely support for their pumping requirements.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and advice to customers regarding pumps and pumping systemsPrepare accurate quotations, proposals, and product specificationsLiaise with engineering and operations teams to ensure correct solutionsManage and develop relationships with existing customersIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingSupport external sales teams and attend occasional customer visits or trade showsMaintain CRM records and sales documentationSkills and Experience:Proven experience in internal sales or technical sales within the pumps industryStrong technical knowledge of pumps, systems, and fluid handling equipmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsProficient with CRM and MS OfficeWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
