Job Description

An established and highly respected engineering stockholder & distributor based in Wolverhampton is looking to add a confident Internal Sales Executive to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sales to secure a long-term, stable career. This is a temp to perm role.\n\nFull product training is available for candidates with the right attitude and transferable experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Handling inbound sales enquiries\n\n * Managing and responding to customer emails\n\n * Producing quotations and progressing customer orders\n\n * Sales order processing & works order \n\n * Purchase order processing for stock items\n\n * Delivering outstanding customer service\n\n * Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships\n\n * Liaising with manufacturing, warehouse & accounts teams\n\nEssential Requirements\n\n * Strong Maths & English skills\n\n * Background in engineering or manufacturing\n\n * Confident communication via phone & email\n\n * Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)\n\n * High attention to detail\n\n * Ability to multitask in a busy sales office\n\n * Team player who can work with multiple departments\n\nDesirable (Not Essential)\n\n * Experience using SAGE 200\n\n * Knowledge of flanges, fittings, or pipework products\n\nWorking Hours\n\n * Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm\n\n * Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * Salary £29,000 – £30,000 depending on experience\n\n * Permanent position after 13 weeks\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Contributory pension scheme\n\n * Long-term career progression\n\n * Stable, well-established business
