Are you a proactive sales professional who excels at turning phone conversations into long-term business partnerships? We are looking for a solution-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our high-performing team in Wolverhampton.
In this role, you wont just be "making calls"youll be a consultative partner for a defined UK customer base, leveraging HubSpot CRM and your own sales acumen to identify and convert revenue opportunities.
The Role
Relationship Management: Manage a dedicated UK territory, building deep rapport and promoting our full product portfolio. Consultative Selling: Identify growth opportunities, handle objections, and negotiate agreements that stick. Product Expertise: Deliver confident, value-led training and presentations to customers. Strategic Planning: Use data and CRM insights to manage call cycles and prioritise high-value activity. Collaboration: Work alongside Specification Managers to smash quarterly targets and KPIs.
