Internal Sales Executive – Industrial Sector

Location: Clay Cross Salary: £32,000–£45,000 DOE + £8,000–£12,000 Annual Bonus Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:30–16:30 or 09:00–17:00

Friday: 09:00–13:00 Contract: Full‑time, office‑based (no remote working)

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a professional and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a long‑established industrial manufacturing organisation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer‑focused sales environment and is confident managing both inbound and outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries with accuracy and professionalism

*

Conduct confident outbound follow‑up calls to warm leads and existing customers

*

Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain CRM records

*

Produce customer‑facing visuals, proposals, and simple marketing materials using Canva

*

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order progression

*

Provide administrative and commercial support to the external sales team

Candidate Requirements

*

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar industrial or commercial environment

*

Strong and confident telephone manner

*

Competent user of Canva for basic design and presentation tasks

*

Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

*

Professional communication skills and a proactive, positive approach

*

Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or technical product sectors is advantageous
