Internal Sales Executive – Builders Merchant Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + commission
Location: Bolton

About the Role We are a respected builders merchant with a reputation for quality products and excellent customer support. We're looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our busy branch in Bolton, helping to grow sales and strengthen relationships with trade customers across Greater Manchester.
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and in-branch

Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers to secure repeat business

Build strong relationships with trade clients and support their ongoing needs

Work closely with external sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and industry trends

What We're Looking For Experience in internal sales, must be within builders merchants or construction supply

Good knowledge of building materials and trade customer requirements

Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries

Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
