Internal Sales Executive Mansfield, Notts Full‑Time | Permanent Competitive Salary Join a growing team in a dynamic and supportive environment! Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming enquiries via phone, email and web. Provide customers with product advice, quotes and order updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing trade and retail clients. Support external sales and marketing efforts. Process orders accurately and follow up to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
About You:
Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service or telesales role (ideally in construction/building products, but not essential). Confident communicator with excellent phone and email manner. Proactive, organised, and results‑driven. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
