Internal Sales Executive WF2 (Office-Based) Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 £28,000 - £33,000 per annum + £3,000 - £4,000 annual commission We are currently recruiting for a driven and proactive Telesales Executive to join a growing business specialising in industrial products, services, and maintenance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm client base while also developing new business across the North of England. The Role As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance) contracts, as well as a range of industrial products and services. This is a full 360 sales role where you will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals. Key responsibilities include:
Proactively contacting a database of 400 large, up-to-date clients Re‑engaging and converting previous spending customers Generating new business through cold calling and outreach Selling maintenance contracts, services, and related solutions Building relationships with clients across industrial sectors including:
Manufacturing Warehousing & logistics Retail & wholesale
Preparing and sending proposals, quotations, and drawings Managing activity and pipeline through the CRM system Reporting directly to the Managing Director
About You We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment. Requirements:
Proven B2B 360 sales experience Strong communication and closing skills Confident in cold calling and business development Highly self‑motivated and proactive
Desirable (but not essential):
Background in engineering, industrial, construction, or service-based industries
