Your Role

As an Internal Sales and Trade Counter Assistant, your main roles will be to:

Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and at the trade counter.

Accurately process orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Accurately and timely reply to customer enquiries/quote requests.

Keep customers informed of progress on orders & quotations.

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Contribute to the overall success of the branch with enthusiasm and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, ideally within the electrical wholesaling industry.

Product knowledge and familiarity with industry terminology are a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, positive, energetic approach and a willingness to learn.

Excellent Timekeeping.

A valid UK Driving License.

Job Types: Full-time, permanent position with stable hours: Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 5.00pm,

42.5 hours. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required, and some additional hours required for stock take twice a year, all with plenty notice.
