The Team Leader role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all tasks in the Preparation Stage including: Control plate work, XT1 pin checks, door preparation, cable making, fit Out (Stage 0) Leading and organise daily activities in the preparation area Ensure control plates, pins, doors, and cables are prepared to spec and on schedule Support team members with training and development Monitor quality and safety standards across all tasks Communicate effectively with production management and other departments Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Contribute to continuous improvement initiative What you'll need to join us as a Team Leader: Strong working knowledge of preparation processes A proactive and positive attitude Reliable, organised, and quality-focused Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example and support others Competent with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word If you're an experienced Internal - Team Leader Perparation Stage looking to work with a forward-thinking, people-focused business, we'd love to hear from you.
