The company and opportunity We are hiring for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a financial services company in central London. You role will be to manage a diverse portfolio of clients from across Europe and be the main contact for corporate tax matters. You will support and guide clients on and preparing and filing their corporate tax.
The job will include the following typical duties and responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of corporate clients ( privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses to multi-national firms) to include the preparation of Corporation Tax Returns
* Support wider tax team with corporate tax planning and other advisory matters
* Play an active role in business development on existing portfolio of clients
* Prepare proposals and written advice across a range of topics to include multi-jurisdictional tax compliance, cross-border transactions and UK inbound/outbound investments
* Contribute to the overall future growth of the corporate tax team and of the business
