Onsite – Central London


£55,000 – £60,000



My client is looking for an International Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join its London team. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting payroll and benefits operations across multiple international regions.





About the role:



  • Manage monthly payroll processes for UK and international offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Administer pension schemes and maintain statutory reconciliations.
  • Support employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and supplementary benefits across EMEA.
  • Coordinate benefits enrolment, invoice reconciliation, and mandatory health assessments.
  • Provide immigration support including visa status updates, right-to-work checks, and compliance reporting.

  • Experience with international payroll processes
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and vendor management.
