International Sales Manager - Medical Devices - exc salary and benefits - Twickenham - office based About the Role We are looking for a driven and ambitious International Sales Manager to play a key role in growing the international customer base, managing distributor relationships, and driving sales of medical devices. The role will involve a mix of business development, distributor management and marketing, making it ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment. This is a small company and the ideal candidate may come from a previous start up or scale up role.

Responsibilities

Business Development Generate revenue of organisations medical device portfolio within hospitals and healthcare organisations. Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of customers and key opinion leaders. Distributor Management Oversee sales efforts across different international markets, managing international distributors and ensuring complementary strategies across regions. Events, Marketing & Promotion Participate in international conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to showcase the companies technologies. Business Travel Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently (50%) within the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Teamwork Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and regulatory teams to synchronize sales efforts.

The successful candidate will have the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. 5 years’ experience working in international sales of medical devices within a start-up or scale up environment. Proven ability to develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships. Excellent communication and relationship building skills Autonomous and self-driven People person, communicating at events, face to face meetings and presentation of products Ability to introduce new innovative products into markets Required Skills IT skills Must be competent in the use of MS Office, Internet and email. Language skills Must have professional working competency in English C1 Level Additional European or Middle Eastern languages advantageous
