Pure Search are partnered with a FTSE 250 business in London looking to hire an International Tax Manager into their growing team. This is an advisory heavy role although requires some compliance experience. Responsibilities

Act as the central point of ownership for cross‑border tax matters, with hands‑on responsibility for regional filings, reporting cycles, and external coordination. Embed tax input into business change activity, partnering with finance and operational teams to guide international initiatives from concept through execution. Advise on global structuring projects, including entity simplification and alignment of legal and operating models. Oversee regional readiness and delivery for global minimum tax requirements, ensuring local compliance and data accuracy. Provide practical support on day‑to‑day transactional and operational tax topics, collaborating with specialists where required. Drive continuous improvement across tax processes by strengthening workflows, knowledge sharing, and cross‑team effectiveness.

Requirements

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent International Tax advisory experience Ability to travel into Central London 2/3 days per week
