Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for an Internship Trainee at Innovest Capital. The Trainee will work closely with the team on various tasks, including maintaining client databases, conducting market research, preparing property report presentations, and assisting in identifying potential investment opportunities for clients. They will also support the development of marketing materials, attend strategy meetings, and participate in client interactions to gain valuable industry experience and exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize data effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for assisting with client interactions and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software for creating presentations and maintaining databases.
• A basic understanding of the real estate investment market and an eagerness to learn more about property investments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the real estate markets in the UAE and the UK is a plus.
