Aspire People are proud to be recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Intervention Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in Eccles. This is a full-time position, starting ASAP and continuing until July 2026. ________________________________________ The Role: * Deliver targeted phonics, reading, writing and maths interventions * Support pupils across KS1 in small groups and on a 1:1 basis * Help close learning gaps and raise attainment * Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO * Monitor and track pupil progress ________________________________________ The Ideal Candidate Will: * Have previous experience working within a primary school setting * Be confident supporting KS1 pupils * Have strong behaviour management skills * Be patient, nurturing and passionate about supporting young learners * Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one) ________________________________________ What's on Offer: * £90-£110 per day (dependent on experience) * Long-term, stable role until July 2026 * Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant at Aspire People * The opportunity to make a real difference in pupils' academic progress If you are a proactive and caring Teaching Assistant ready to make an impact in a primary setting, we would love to hear from you.
