Detailed: Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Specialist will deal with every aspect of inventory control. They will keep detailed records of any changes in inventory or production and report these changes to the proper department. They may do this on a regular or periodic basis. The Inventory Control Specialist may also record information about each individual item for future reference.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Record and track inventory changes Follow Satellite’s cycle counting procedures (A,B,C System) Overseeing all inventory actives, including semi & annual inventories and other activities Work with VMI vendors to manage inventory Help with additional cost saving projects
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft office proficiency, particularly word and excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong research and investigative skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attendance record Positive attitude.
