A growing retailer in the golf sector is seeking an Inventory Manager to own stock accuracy, reporting, and forecasting. The role combines hands-on stock control with data-driven insight to ensure the right products - from clubs to apparel - are available at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate real-time stock levels and oversee audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Manage purchase orders and support inbound planning. Analyse stock performance, slow movers, ageing stock, and seasonal trends. Link inventory data with e-commerce sales to support forecasting and purchasing decisions. Build simple, effective reports that highlight risks and opportunities. Identify improvements to inventory processes, systems, and visibility.

What We're Looking For

Experience in inventory management, stock control, or supply chain. Strong analytical skills with confidence handling data. Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and inventory systems. Detail-focused, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. SOMEONE WHO ENJOYS THE GAME

Desirable:

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or warehouse operations. Understanding of golf products, seasonality, and buyer behaviour.

Success Looks Like

Accurate stock visibility across all channels. Predictable availability of key lines. Data-led purchasing decisions. Improved cash flow and reduced overstocking.
