We are recruiting a talented 2025-2026 graduates into a leading global executive search firm specialising exclusively in the investment management industry. For nearly 30 years, they have partnered with leading private equity, hedge fund, credit, and real estate firms to identify and secure exceptional leadership talent.

We are seeking ambitious and intellectually curious graduates from top Russell Group Universities who want to build a long-term career in executive search. This is not a traditional recruitment role. Associates work closely with Partners and clients on high-impact leadership search assignments across global investment markets.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Candidate Mapping

• Conduct in-depth research across global investment markets
• Identify and map senior talent across private equity, credit, hedge funds and real estate
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates internationally

Client & Search Strategy

• Participate in client meetings and search briefings
• Contribute to the development of search strategies
• Support the execution of senior leadership mandates

Assessment & Search Delivery

• Conduct candidate interviews and qualitative assessments
• Perform reference checks and due diligence
• Maintain detailed search documentation and reporting

Global Exposure

• Engage with senior investment professionals globally
• Support international searches and candidate engagement across major financial centres

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics or Humanities preferred), Russell Group University (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

The offer:

• £35,000 base, £45,000 total package
