This is a pivotal hire for the firm & the successful applicant will play a strategic role within the senior leadership of the team. Day to day responsibilities will include: Driving the sourcing, evaluation, & completion of new investment opportunities. Overseeing a portfolio of investee companies, including tracking performance & implementing follow-on strategies. Collaborating with key stakeholders. Ensuring adherence to compliance & regulatory requirements. Playing an active role in strategic planning & fundraising activities. Assisting with investor relations, regular reporting, & periodic fund valuation processes. The Ideal Candidate... To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will possess the following qualifications & attributes: Strong previous in either investment management, venture capital or private equity. CFA or ACA qualification is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the UK Enterprise Investment Scheme. Experience leading due diligence/transaction processes would be highly advantageous. The ability to demonstrate an understanding of AML, GDPR & FCA principles and frameworks. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
