We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join a growing investment firm operating at the forefront of digital assets and financial innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across a diverse suite of investment products.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Oversee daily trade settlements across crypto and traditional securities
  • Calculate and distribute NAV and Portfolio Composition Files (PCF)
  • Manage data distribution to internal teams and external partners
  • Perform reconciliations with administrators and support financial reporting
  • Assist with index rebalancing and product maintenance
  • Support product launches and exchange listings
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of operational processes
  • Liaise with custodians, brokers, and service providers to resolve issues


✅ What We’re Looking For


  • 2–4 years’ experience in financial operations (asset management, ETPs, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of fund operations, NAV, and PCF
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience handling data
  • Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, or automation tools (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Interest in digital assets or crypto is a plus
