I am currently representing Westminster Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Investment Surveyor this role will be: NW9 4EW

The right candidate will:

Investment Surveyors to join the Temporary Accommodation Acquisitions Team within the Housing Directorate. This team plays a vital role in securing residential accommodation for use as temporary housing.

* Acquisition and leasing of private sector residential properties, including individual units and larger blocks.

* Sourcing suitable stock and negotiating acquisition and lease terms.

* Overseeing pre-purchase due diligence and preparing internal reports in line with governance requirements.

* Conducting site inspections as part of the acquisition process.

We require the following:

* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial or residential property transactions.

* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

* RICS qualification is preferred, but candidates with relevant residential sales or lettings experience will also be considered.
