Investor Relations Manager – London (Hybrid, Full-time or Part-time)


We are working with a growing, independent private equity firm in London, backing ambitious lower‑mid‑market businesses. They are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis – full-time or part-time candidates welcome.


The Role:

  • Build and manage relationships with existing investors, and source and secure new investors.
  • Prepare investor communications: quarterly reports, presentations, ESG updates, and fundraising materials.
  • Support investor meetings, capital calls, and roadshows.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to communicate portfolio performance.


About You:

  • Experienced in investor relations, private equity, asset management, or similar.
  • Confident presenting to sophisticated investors and handling confidential information.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Commercially minded with strong communication skills.
