About the Role

CareerMakers are recruiting for an experiencedIPAF Instructoron behalf of our client based inShepperton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who not only enjoys delivering high-quality training, but is also looking toprogress into a management roleover time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver IPAF operator training (3a, 3b, PAV etc.)
  • Conduct practical and theory-based assessments
  • Ensure compliance with IPAF and HSE standards
  • Maintain accurate training records and certification paperwork
  • Support development of junior trainers (future progression)
  • Assist in scheduling and course planning

What Were Looking For

  • Valid IPAF Instructor qualification
  • Strong MEWP operational experience
  • Confident delivering classroom and practical sessions
  • Organised, professional and client-facing
  • Ambition to progress into aTraining Manager / Lead Instructorrole
