IT Service Manager (Delivering Agile frameworks)

Industry: Banking / Insurance

Location: London

Salary: £85k + bonus

Hybrid: 2 days in the office per week

*Please note that you don't need insurance industry experience for this role. Our client are looking for someone who can bring new ideas to the team!

Experience needed:

  • 5+ years in IT Service Management
  • Extensive experience delivering Agile frameworks
  • ITSM / ITIL experience
  • Extensive stakeholder management
  • Experience facilitating workshops


The positions are hybrid, so you'll need to be happy with 2 days per week in the office. As per the nature of the role, there will be travel involved to their offices in the South of England.
