1 year experience

with a DMC, tour operator in group or FIT, or hotel reservations/operations. Strong knowledge of the

(Ireland a plus). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Confident in

Role Overview as an Italian Speaking Reservations & Operations Coordinator: Manage client bookings and tour operations from start to finish. Liaise with clients and suppliers to deliver outstanding service. Prepare itineraries, rooming lists, vouchers, and ensure all logistical details are accurate. Monitor budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and maximize margins without compromising quality. Maintain accurate operational records and support team members when needed.
