Job Title: IT/OT Systems Analyst\n\nLocation: Warwick (with occasional travel to Interconnector sites)\n Remuneration: From £500.00\n Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, 6 months\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAre you ready to make a significant impact in the Utilities sector? Join us as an IT/OT Systems Analyst, where your expertise will be crucial in enhancing critical systems and processes. Here's what you'll be doing:\n\nConduct asset and configuration discovery to gather and analyze structured data.\nAuthor and improve documentation, including network topology diagrams, data flow maps, process flows, and operational guides.\nEngage with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders across Business, Engineering, OT, and IT teams.\nAnalyze policies and controls to identify potential improvements, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).\nFacilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and contribute to monthly reporting activities.\nBring a proactive, team-oriented attitude to the table, showcasing your can-do approach every day!\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\nTo thrive in this role, you should bring:\n\nSeveral years of experience with core IT systems, including servers, workstations, networking, and software.\nA strong background in IT Service Management, especially in Change, Risk, Asset/Configuration, and Incident processes.\nProven expertise in IT/Cyber Security, particularly in: \nSystem hardening\nVulnerability management\nPatching\nAntivirus solutions\nBackup and recovery processes\nAwareness of Health & Safety requirements in high-risk operational environments.\nExceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on!\n\nDesirable Experience (Bonus)\n\nExperience in Operational Technology (OT) within energy, utilities, or engineering environments is a plus!\nFamiliarity with industry frameworks such as NIS CAF, NIST, and IEC 62443 will give you an edge.\n\nVetting & Clearance Requirements\n\nAll candidates must have completed basic vetting and be eligible for SC (Security Check) clearance.
