The Role This is a senior, commercially focused role responsible for managing and developing strategic partner relationships within the officed and IT technology sectors. You will act as a trusted adviser to key partners, driving growth across leasing and financial services solutions while aligning partner strategies with broader commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic partner relationships within office technology and IT leasing markets Drive revenue growth across leasing, print finance and asset finance solutions Build and execute joint account plans to deliver pipeline and sales performance Structure and position finance‑led solutions within partner propositions Influence senior stakeholders and support partner sales engagement Coordinate internal teams to deliver seamless partner support Monitor market trends and contribute to commercial strategy

Candidate Profile

8–12 years’ experience in partner sales, leasing or asset finance environments Strong understanding of IT finance, print leasing and asset finance structures Proven experience managing strategic partner relationships Commercially driven with strong negotiation and influencing skills Ability to manage complex sales cycles and partner ecosystems
