Janitor Location: Birmingham Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 17:00 - 19:30 Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Janitor to carry out daily cleaning duties within a professional facility. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities Clean labs, washrooms, offices, hallways, and cafeteria areas Dispose of waste and manage recycling Dust and polish surfaces and fixtures Replenish supplies (paper towels, soap, garments, etc.) Maintain cleaning supplies and report low stock Carry out occasional deep cleaning tasks (e.g. floor stripping/waxing) Keep external areas tidy (walkways, smoking areas) Respond to cleaning and facilities requests promptly What We're Looking For Previous cleaning or maintenance experience Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills Basic English proficiency Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in an indoor environment with possible exposure to dust, noise, or odours Experience in pharmaceutical or food production environments is beneficial but not essential
